A small, curved brass tube, 60mm long, with an external diameter of 6mm and an internal passage hole of Ø4mm, for bracelets, necklaces and DIY jewellery using cord or a strung design. It serves as a central metal element, covers part of the material, creates a clean curved line and helps the piece to take on shape, volume and a professional finish.

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.
