Round Eye Glass Bead, with an outer diameter of 8mm and a hole diameter of Ø1.2mm. Ideal for DIY jewellery with a protective, summery or ethnic feel, it can be used as a basic spacer bead, a separator or a splash of colour in both delicate and more substantial designs.     •  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase although all items pass through quality control before they are shipped, we are here to help

    Return

    1. We will accept to receive back any item that is damaged or of lower than standard quality (if it exceeds 3% of the total amount of pieces per style and colour).

    2. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that your invoice was issued.

    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Refund

    1. Upon reception of the damaged merchandise and once we inspect and approve it, a credit note will be issued.

    2. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund in your account to be used with your next purchase or we will replace the faulty merchandise and ship it back to you.

    Shipping

    Returns can be made using our UPS or DHL account number at our charge, only after getting written permission from the representatives of Nikolis Group S.A.
